According to Graser's Autograph Gallery, Sir Paul's signature is the most expensive celebrity autographs. The worth of a McCartney autograph has risen 900% since 1997. Paul Fraser explains:
"It's about scarcity. McCartney used to sign a lot more than he does now, but the demand for all The Beatles is still very high, which is why his signature has risen so much. McCartney was always the second most popular Beatle after John Lennon and now that there are only two Beatles left, the value of his signature is at an all-time high."
