Britain's Sunday Express reports the disappointing news that EMI has ruled out releasing "Carnival of Light", a Beatles track that they have had locked away in their vaults for the last 30 years. Sir Paul, however, is planning on using the music in the soundtrack for one of his projects, an avant garde art film about the Beatles.
