At Monday evening's Center for International Rehabilitation awards dinner, Sir Paul announced, ''We're really going to play for Chicago in a big way. . . . We are going to rock!'' He kept his promise, delivering a second big, rockin', sold-out concert this evening at the United Center. During this evening's concert, Sir Paul paid a touching tribute to the city of Chicago, telling the audience that in Liverpool, Chicago is considered to be a magical place. Having Sir Paul in town this week made it even more magical.
