2002-Jun-30: Souvenirs from the Beach

According to today's Sunday Express, Sir Paul may return from his island honeymoon with some unique souvenirs.  The article quotes Sir Paul as admitting that he is a chronic beachcomber:

 "I love to sail to the remotest beach I can find and walk along. Things will jump out at me. On my last trip I found a white pillow case with a zip on it. So I kept that, walked on a bit and found a really nice yellow plastic beaker. I thought it would be a good baling device so I put it in the pillow case. So I'm walking along a bit further and I see a sponge that's been washed up. It's a real sponge and it's still spongy. So I rinse it out and that goes in the bag."

Hopefully, Sir Paul found some pleasing items to place along side the treasures he found last summer in Malibu and Long Island - and hopefully, Heather will let him keep them!  (see July 10, 2001) and August 4, 2001).
