London's Evening Standard reports that Stella McCartney's Paris show which took place today in the Palais Brongniart (the old Paris Bourse) was by far her best yet. Stella's Spring/Summer 2003 collection (her third under her own name) is described as self-assured, sexy, and romantic with a a lightness of touch which has so far been lacking in her previous collections.For the first time in her fashion career, Stella's father was missing from his place of honor in the front row. Sir Paul is on tour in the United States, currently performing in Raleigh, North Carolina. Providing support for Stella this time her fiancé, Alasdhair Willis . At the end of the show he leapt to his feet in rapturous applause and beamed proudly as Stella blew him a kiss.
