ABC will broadcast Sir Paul 's Back in the U.S. concert film on November 27, the last night of the November television ratings sweeps. The program will chronicle 14 weeks of Sir Paul's 2002 tour across 34 U.S. cities and will feature concert footage as well as off-stage scenes with Sir Paul and his band.
As executive producer, Sir Paul has been heavily involved in the production of the film. He says:
"This was a special tour for me in many ways and I'm very pleased that this film has captured much of the magic of it all. There's been this special camaraderie going on backstage with the crew and all involved in this tour."
