Sir Paul's former English teacher, Fred Bilson, recently wrote in The Old Gaytonian (a publication of the Harrow County School) about an encounter he had with young Mr. McCartney when he was a student at the Liverpool Institute school:"I once got cross with Macca who was being dilatory about being measured for a costume in the school play and said to him (oh, the shame of it!) 'Always remember, McCartney - there are lots of people in this sixth form with as much talent as you, possibly more'."
