The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences 45th annual Grammy nominations were announced today during a press conference held in New York city's Madison Square Garden.Sir Paul's Vanilla Sky received the nomination for Best Song Written For A Motion Picture, Television Or Other Visual Media, a songwriter award for a song (melody & lyrics) written specifically for a motion picture, television or other visual media, and released for the first time during the eligibility year.
The awards will be presented during a February 23 ceremony which will be broadcast live on CBS television.
