Sir Paul has been ranked number one on Rolling Stone magazine's list of pop music's top earning artists. According the the magazine's second annual "Rock's 50 Richest" list which will be published on Friday, Sir Paul earned $121.2 million during the year 2002. This makes him by far the biggest money maker with runners-up, the Rolling Stones, in second place with $74 million, and third place Dave Matthews Band earning $52.7 million.
