Sir Paul will be profiled in a special in-depth Billboard Stars special feature in the September 3rd issue of Billboard magazine. The feature will include an exclusive Q&A interview with Sir Paul on the creation of his new album Chaos and Creation in the Backyard which the magazine labels as "his most vital album in many years." According to Capitol Records chairman, Andrew Slater:
"For me, this new album represents his best collection of material in a long time. All of his records have elements of his immense talent as a singer, a writer, and a player, but on this one, it really all comes together."
There will also be insider reports on the marketing of the album, backstage news on how the new McCartney tour is being promoted, and an exclusive ranking of Sir Paul's albums and singles as they have appeared on the Billboard charts throughout his career. There will also be tributes from various recording artists including Keith Richards, Brian Wilson and Pete Townshend.
