Last evening Sir Paul made his first social appearance since announcing his separation from Heather last May. Sir Paul attended a glitzy Grosvenor Square bash with his daughters Stella and Mary. The occasion was a party held at London's Il Bottaccio in honor of his son-in-law Alasdhair Willis's exclusive furniture firm Established + Sons. Guests at the event said that Sir Paul was in "a buoyant mood" and quoted him as saying:
"I've been to hell and back but now I'm ready to start living again...and I mean living with a capital L."
"It's been the most terrible time for me and my family. Having to come to terms with this! It's been horrible, so horrible! I don't know how to deal with it all. I just cannot talk about it."
