 In Norway, this promo CD was packaged with the Flaming Pies booklet: "I got the promo single of Young Boy, and mine comes with a cover. It's a cardboard slipcase with 6 fp logos and the title "Flaming Pies". Inside it's a plastic jewel box with a cover similar to fp, housing not only the promo single, but also 6 cards with recipes of pies (Linda's) and a card with the contents of the fp album.
